    • Because we are a small business and there is high demand for our accommodations, we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy.

    • Please re-confirm your booking at least 14 days before you arrived. Otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
    • For cancellations occurring 31 days or more there is no cancellation fee.
    • For cancellations occurring 15 – 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, a full refund is granted minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the entire reserved stay.
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival are subject to no refund.

    We will acccomidate movement of reservation dates when possible.
